HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY...
Pada suatu hari yang tenang, cerah, indah, dan ceria, seorang malaikat turun dari surga ke dunia ini, mengarungi padang dan hutan, kota dan desa. Saat mentari terbenam ia melebarkan sayapnya dan berkata.. "Kunjunganku hampir usai, dan aku harus kembali ke dunia cahaya. Tapi, sebelum pergi aku harus mengumpulkan cendera mata yang menandai kunjunganku ke bumi."
Ia melihat kebun bunga yang indah dan berkata, "Betapa indah dan wangi bunga ini."
Ia memetik beberapa tangkai mawar terlangka dan membuatnya menjadi rangkaian mawar yang indah dan berkata, "Tak ada yang kulihat lebih indah dan wangi daripada bunga ini, aku akan membawa bunga ini."
Tapi, ia mencari lagi dan melihat bayi bermata cerah dan berpipi merah, tersenyum melihat wajah ibunya. Dan ia berkata, " Oh, senyuman bayi itu lebih indah dari rangkaian bunga ini, aku akan membawa senyuman itu juga."
Lalu, ia memandang ke sebelah buaian itu dan melihat kasih sang ibu menyembur seperti aliran sungai ke arah buaian dan bayi itu. " Oh, kasih ibu itu adalah hal tercantik yang kulihat di bumi ini, aku akan membawa kasih ibu itu juga."
Dengan ketiga harta itu ia mengepakan sayapnya menuju gerbang surga, mendarat diluarnya, dan berkata, " Sebelum masuk, aku akan melihat kembali cendera mataku."
Dan ia melihat rangkaian bunga itu telah layu, dan senyuman bayi itu telah pudar. Ia melihat pada kasih ibu dan kasih itu masih ada, dalam kecantikannya yang murni.
Ia membuang bunga yang layu dan senyuman yang pudar, mengepakan sayapnya melewati gerbang, dan menghimpun seluruh penghuni surga dan berkata, " Inilah satu-satunya hal yang kutemukan di bumi yang akan tetap tetap indah sampai ke surga - KASIH IBU."

Do you believe in a fairy tale?
When i was a kid i believed in fairy tales.
I guess every kids adore and "worship" fairy tales.
That fantasy of what your life would be.
Here's my fantasy about fairy tales when i was a kid...
I always imagine myself as a knight wearing a shiny steel armor that can't be pierced by any weapons.
Posses a fast and swift white stallion, a beautiful princess that i fell in love with, and of course she's falling for me too! Hehehe...
And as for my remarkable action, i ride my horse, dazzling swiftly hither and tither with one hand swinging my mighty and luminous Excalibur to a horde of villain, a swarm of evildoer, a throng of scum-bag, and any obstacle that gets in my way,
while my other hand held my lovely princess tenderly :P
When the night is getting nigh, i'd carry her away to my splendid and majestic castle on top of the hill.. and just like any other fairy tales..
Of course we live happily ever after...
In reality? Well, what can i say?
Reality is a poor substitute for my dreams :))
I don't have a shiny or glistening armor, surely don't posses a castle...
and of course i don't have a horse, not even a pony!
How am i suppose to carry my beautiful princess? ( naek sapedah kumbang atawa beca?! )
and right now i'm wondering to myself...
Is there any girl out there who consider me as her knight in a shining armor? Mwahaha...
Well, so much for my fairy tales.. hehehe...
Okay.. let's go back to when we were a kid
When you were a kid.. you'd lie in bed at night and close your eyes,
and then you had complete and utter faith.
Knight in a shining armor, the super heroes, beautiful princess, prince charming, the castle,
they were so close, you can even taste them.
But eventually, you grow up ( can't avoid that ) hehehe...
One day you open your eyes, and the fairy tale disappears without a trace.
and what did you do about it?
Well.. most people turn to things and people they can rely upon.
Things and people they can trust.
But the thing is...
it's hard and distressing to let go of that fairy tale entirely.
cause nearly everyone still has that smallest bit of hope, of conviction, of faith,
that one day they'll open their eyes and it will all come true.
At the end of the day, i think faith is a comical and funny thing.
It appears when you don't really expect it.
I mean, it's like one day you become aware or realize that the fairy tale
maybe just slightly different than you dreamed.
That's what i mean with when fairy tales and faith collide.
The castle? well... it may not be a castle.. just a tiny but lovely and cozy shack.
The prince charming? Hmm... perhaps not so charming but still cute though.
The beautiful princess? maybe not so damn beautiful, just a sweet girl that makes you happy.
And it's not so considerably important that it's happy ever after.
Just that it's happy right now.
Happy is a good thing, and everyone wants to be happy, right?
See, once in a while,
once in a blue moon, ( real ) thing and people will surprise you.
And the rest you're just...
just gonna have to take on faith.
and once in a while...
people may even take your breath away...
And if you still wonder...
"Why can't i just be that happily ever after person?"
Why can't you believe that?
The answer maybe... just maybe...
cause you don't know what to believe anymore..

and so many aren't...
So we take our miracles where we find and pick them.
Miracle do happen in our lives
In fact, they happen everyday
Just not always when we need them to happen.

And if you go in,
should you turn left or right?
Or right and three-quarters?
Or maybe not quite?
You can get so confuse, that you'll start in to race...
down long-wiggled roads at a break-necking pace...
and grind on for miles across weirdish wild space...
headed i fear towards a most useless place...
The waiting place.
For people just waiting.
Waiting for a train to go...
or for a bus to come...
or a plane to flight...
or the mail to come...
or the rain to stop...
or the phone to ring...
or the snow to snow...
or waiting around for yes or a no...
or a string of pearls or a pair of pants...
or wig with curls...
or another chance.
I hate waiting...
Everyone wants to go to heaven.
The trouble is...
No one wants to die!
Have you ever had a fantasy?
I bet all my money that you have...
Everybody does.
Everybody has fantasy.
But every now and then, some other fantasy slips in/conceal
Unfortunately, however...
Most of our fantasies dissolve when we wake,
banished or cast out to the back of our mind.
But sometimes, we're convince ourselves
if we try hard enough ( or pretty damn hard! )
we can live the dream ( rare occasion though :P )
If you're asking what is my fantasy?
Hmm.. it's quiet simple to be honest
Here's my fantasy...
Amusement and pleasure is good...
And twice as much pleasure is certainly better... Hehehe..
That pain is bad ( of course! )
And no pain is certainly better. ( i don't want fantasized pain! )
But the reality is different.
The reality is...
The pain is there to tell us something.
And there's only so much pleasure we can take without getting whack in our belly
And maybe that's okay.
Maybe some fantasies are only supposed to live in our dream.
Nothing more and nothing less..

Have you ever dream lately?
Well i had a dream a couple of nights ago...
A dream that really knocks my wind out...
Somebody slap me on the face!
The slap was so vigorously hard that i woke up straight away from my deep sleep.
Still confuse about what happen...
O, my God! what was that? what have i done?
Why me? why slap me on the face?
It's hard to recollect the dream, cause it's happen so fast
For as long as i can recall
I was just asking a simple question to a person ( o, yeah?! )
or was it my question a little too harsh? ( now you're talking! )
or am i being an insolent kind of person? ( i bet you are! )
and make that person feel disgruntled with me ( big possibilty! )
and decided that i fully deserve a slap on the face! ( Ouchh!!! )
Well.. if you do something wrong
You either pay for it ( a slap on the face! )
or you seek for forgiveness... ( will you? )
I will ask for forgiveness,
if we'd given a chance to meet again in my dream ( haha, you wish! )
I'm truly hope that nobody will never slap me on the face again! ( rooting for ya! )
Even if it's only in my dream... Heuheu
Anyway, in general the dream is always like this...
that we'll finally be happy when we reach our objectives
Whatever our objective it is, everyone has a different objective right?
that's the dream.
OK, let's just say... we get there ( reach our objectives ), and then what?
And cause we're human...
Of course we immediately start dreaming of something else.
Nevertheless... at some certain point,
maybe we concur that the dream has become a nightmare.
We convince ourselves the reality or fact is better.
We prevail upon ourselves it's better that we never dream at all.
But the most persistent of us, the strongest of us,
we grasp and hold on to the dream.
Or we discover ourselves come up with a fresh dream we never considered.
( A slap on your face for example.. Hehehe... )
We rouse to find ourselves...
against all odds.. feeling hopeful in a jaunty mood.
And if we're lucky, we realize...
in a face of everything.. in a face of life...
the true dream...
is being able to dream... at all.
